  • How can I buy tickets, and what forms of payment are accepted?

    Tickets can be purchased online via our registration page. All major forms of payment, credit or debit, are accepted. 

  • How are tickets delivered, and can I use my phone for mobile ticketing?

    Tickets are entirely virtual. If you completed registration and purchased a ticket, simply check in with your first and last name at the event to receive your name tag.

  • Can I purchase my ticket on-site the day of the event?

    Tickets cannot be purchased on-site. All tickets must be purchased online ahead of the event.

  • Is there a virtual option for the event?

    This is an in-person only event. A virtual option is not available this year.

  • Is there parking available at the venue?

    Yes—free parking is available in the main Quincy Hall surface lot. If the main lot is full, attendees can use the Hillcrest lot directly across the street. We’ll provide a QR code on-site to cover the cost of overflow parking, courtesy of Bold Orange.

  • What is the event attire?

    We recommend business casual attire.

  • Is there a wheelchair accessible entrance?

    Yes, Quincy Hall’s main entrance is fully wheelchair accessible.

  • Is there a mother’s room at the venue?

    Yes. A private space is available on the main floor for nursing or pumping. It includes comfortable seating, power outlets, and a small fridge for storage.

  • What is the refund policy?

    All purchased tickets are final. No refunds will be offered.

  • Who is eligible to attend this event?

    This year's event is only open to senior growth, marketing, and technology leaders from brands and businesses. This is not an agency event. Bold Orange reserves the right to deny entry or decline admission to those who do not meet these criteria.
